Sabikui Bisco

A catastrophic event called the "Rusty Wind" has turned much of Japan into a desert, leaving society in ruins. After his teacher succumbs to the illness caused by it, the mischievous Bisco Akahoshi sets out across the wasteland in search of a mushroom called the Rust Eater, believed to be a cure. Accompanied by the young and charismatic doctor Milo, they face the harsh environment and other travelers in their attempt to survive the journey.
