Saigo no Saiyuuki

A boy who loves baseball is told by his father to stop attending school to care for his new adopted sister, a blind girl with prosthetic limbs. Initially resentful, he grows closer to her after she rescues him from a creature. When the creature returns, his father discloses that his sister possesses a dangerous, otherworldly ability.
