Schizanthus

A blind young theologian named Yato seeks to cure his blindness and undertakes a journey of self-training. He travels to a cave rumored to contain a magical lake whose water is said to cure any illness. Inside the cave lives Garo, a female Kirite, a winged humanoid species resembling bats, who has been exiled from her people. She assists Yato during his time in the cave. As they spend time together, a bond forms between them, leading to a growing connection across their different species.
