In a world where ninjas continue to operate discreetly, students from the Kouga and Iga ninja clans attend a high school alongside typical peers. Following a particular event, tensions arise as each group begins to suspect the other of being a ninja. This leads to a covert struggle as they attempt to uncover each other's true identities.
