Sora to Umi no Aida

In the year 20XX, fish have vanished from the world's oceans, leaving only whales. In response, the Ministry of Fishery launches a project to create large-scale experimental fish tanks in space. The Onomichi Universe Fishery Union is formed to train a new type of fisherman for this endeavor. With recent changes in employment law promoting gender equality, female fishermen are now in high demand. Six women are chosen to become space fishermen, and the narrative focuses on their development and progress.
