Sera forgets to submit his science assignment and goes to the staff room to find his teacher. When he arrives, he discovers the teacher is not alone—Sasaoka, one of Sera’s classmates, is also there. To his surprise, it becomes clear that the two are in a romantic relationship. Sera, who unintentionally stumbles upon a private moment, is left unsettled and emotionally confused by what he has seen.
