A neighbor named Mitsuko Tamano enjoys hosting spontaneous parties. One day, she arrives with an invitation to celebrate at the narrator's home. Across different seasons, Mitsuko organizes events based on the weather and occasion, such as a "rainy day party" or a summer herb-themed gathering. She handles the decorations, her brother Akira prepares the food, and the narrator, Yukiharu Kuroe, makes desserts. Together, the three transform everyday moments into lively celebrations.
