Tandeki no Susume

Hina is often confined to her home due to a physical condition that prevents her from joining her friends. Feeling lonely and upset about missing a field trip, she runs away and meets Yusei Sakaki, an older boy. He begins visiting her regularly to play, but at times, his demeanor shifts to one of unease as he spends time with her.
