Toaru Kagaku no Railgun SS

A short story set in a fictional city built on an artificial island off California's coast takes place between September 3rd and 10th. During this time, Academy City's exchange program allows some students to visit other locations, and others to enter Academy City. Characters such as Mikoto, Kuroko, Saten, and Uiharu are among those visiting this city. Known for its advanced technology—though still less developed than Academy City—it aims to become a global entertainment hub. The city regularly hosts stunt performers and events, with unusual occurrences often seen as part of the spectacle. Due to the local climate, residents and visitors wear swimsuits at all times except when sleeping.
