A new age of Necromancers has begun. Kibanohara Ethica and Nagaoka Souun are young Private Special Living Dead Stalkers who have mastered a martial art known as Close Quarter Armed Martial Arts. During a mission, Souun engages in a violent confrontation and encounters a girl named Hougyou Ilia, who has no memory beyond her own name. She is being hunted by an enigmatic group of necromancers. The story unfolds in a cold Tokyo filled with gunpowder, the undead, crime, and cybernetics. Ethica and Souun, along with Ilia, face dangerous confrontations as they fight for survival.
