Tongpoo no Daibouken

A one-shot manga created by Akira Toriyama, it appeared in the 52nd issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump in 1983 and was later included in Akira Toriyama's Manga Theater Vol. 2. The story is forty-five pages long and shares thematic and conceptual links with Dragon Ball, particularly influencing its second chapter, "No Balls!" It features an early version of the Capsule, a device later used in Dragon Ball. The work is often mentioned alongside Dragon Boy as a precursor to the Dragon Ball series.
