Tsukikage Moratorium

A high school boy named Saku Tsukimiya resembles a girl, which causes him discomfort. On the night of his seventeenth birthday, he hears a voice in a dream referring to him as a princess. Upon waking, he discovers his body has changed in an unexpected way. According to the story, Saku is believed to be the reincarnation of the legendary princess Kaguya.
