During a harsh winter, a young woman appears near a bridge and entices a man, who accepts her proposition and is discovered dead the following day. This year has seen an unusually high number of deaths from the cold. Possessing strange supernatural abilities, this fairy who deals with the dead proceeds to investigate the mysteries of Edo and faces various challenges in the first issue of the series.
