Ushiro no Shindere-san

Karugasaki Tora, following a friend's suggestion, repeats a grade and adopts a delinquent persona in an attempt to gain popularity. His efforts fail, leaving him isolated in his new class. The only bright spot is a girl seated beside him, whom he tries to approach. She reacts violently, kicking him out a window. Later, he saves her and a child from a truck. Grateful but reluctant, she confesses she's a ghost participating in a shinigami's game. Her task is to make the boy she likes reciprocate her feelings within time limits set by hourglasses, or both will be sent to hell. Her emotions for Karugasaki have already begun to develop.
