Venus Senki

In May 2003, a cold planet from outer space collides with Venus, altering its characteristics and making it potentially habitable for humans. Over time, people begin to settle there. Eighty years later, Venus is populated, with two major continents, Aphrodia and Ishtar, in a state of ongoing tension. Hiroki Senoo is a rebellious participant in a motorsport event in Aphrodia's capital. He is approached by members of the Aphrodian military, who are impressed by his abilities and offer him a position. As a result, Hiroki becomes involved in the political affairs of Venus.
