Vigilante

A young man named Ji-Yong lost his mother to a murder when he was a child. The perpetrator was sentenced to just three and a half years due to expressing regret. Now in college and training to become a police officer, Ji-Yong spends weekends targeting former convicts released by a justice system he believes failed to properly serve victims. He acts independently, seeking to correct what he sees as flaws in the legal process.
