A man wakes up in an unfamiliar house with no memory of who he is or how he got there. The house is otherwise empty except for the headless body of a woman he assumes is a stranger. He is found by a woman named Shio, who refers to him as "Iori," though his true identity remains uncertain. Shio assists him in concealing the body, urging him to trust her, but he is left questioning her motives and whether he can rely on her.
