In a time when science has overshadowed magic, mythical creatures are fading from existence. Ziska, a girl from a family of mages, begins an apprenticeship with a veterinarian who treats ordinary animals. However, Ziska is more drawn to magical beasts. She seeks to aid these legendary creatures in a world that is forgetting them.
