Yasashii Rival

A woman named Satomi, feeling emotionally distressed, goes to stay with her brother for a period of time. When she arrives, she is surprised to find a woman at the door instead of her expected sibling. Her brother, Shinnosuke, has changed his appearance and now presents as Marika. Initially confused, Satomi gradually becomes more comfortable with the situation. She starts wearing Marika's clothing and asks for help with her makeup, and the two grow close, seeing themselves as sisters. However, an unforeseen development occurs when both of them develop feelings for the same man.
