Youkoso! Hohoemi Ryou e

A group of six students—three boys and three girls—attend a boarding school, where interactions involving soccer and romantic relationships take place. Among them, a male and a female character both named Makoto, written with different kanji, play central roles. The first volume also includes a one-shot titled "Last Scene no Anata wa..." which is part of the series.
