Kamo and Tora operate in the underworld as hired avengers, accepting assignments from individuals and families who want justice for violent crimes committed against them. They carry out these tasks on behalf of those who have been wronged, working outside the bounds of conventional law. Their work is driven by requests from victims or their loved ones, who seek retribution that the legal system may not provide.
