Keiichirou Saitou is a Japanese anime director and animator.
In 2016 he graduated from the Animation Department of the Faculty of Manga at Kyoto Seika University. He can be recognized from his work directing both BOCCHI THE ROCK! and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.
