On their way to the Digital World's Mystic Tree where Yggdrasil resides, Masaru and Agumon are intercepted by Craniamon. He challenges Masaru to one last match, calling forth his true power in the form of his "Omni Shield," a defense mechanism that cannot be broken. As ShineGreymon Burst Mode and Masaru lay powerless to stop Craniammon, he is about to deal the final blow, the other DATS and their Digimon come to save them and join in the fight. They destroy Craniamon's shield by Masaru using his "human potential". Masaru proves to Craniamon that humans really do have potential. Craniamon lets them pass, knowing now that Yggdrasil's decision might not be the best one. (Source: Wikipedia)
