After witnessing Garou's reaction, Light is convinced his powers are enough to take on the world. However, it is too dangerous to wage an all-out war without knowing the military might of the other nations. Light then executes a plan to raise his rank as an adventurer and gather intel. Together with Gold and Nemumu, Light visits Dagas, the southernmost town in the Dwarf Kingdom, and registers with the guild. There is a long line of adventurers at the dungeon entrance.
