Sakurai Touko is one of the secondary characters in My Senpai is Annoying. Sakurai is a young adult woman with long black hair. She has a mole under her right eye. She is a senpai at Igarashi Futaba's company and is very popular among male employees because of her looks and friendly personality. She works alongside Igarashi and has a secret crush on Kazama Souta.
