TOM is the co-host of Toonami. However, this non-canonical version of the character only appears in the Toonami Total Immersion Event Cosmo Samurai. This version of TOM is based on TOM 3 which was the incarnation of TOM that hosted Toonami from 2003-2007. (Source: Toonami Fandom)
