Erisawa Seiko went to art school in London. On a friend's suggestion, she sent a story to Comic H, and ended up publishing in the magazine from its first issue in 2000, to its last in 2004. Her work, typically magical realist stories of high-school-aged youth, has also appeared in Comic Cue. She writes film reviews, her illustrations have appeared in stories and on the covers of novels, and she runs a daily blog at erisawa.com.
