D.I.C.E.

A large organization named D.I.C.E. was created to address issues within the Sarbylion galaxy. Its F-99 unit is unique in that it consists solely of children. When challenges occur, D.I.C.E. responds to assist. If their training and abilities prove insufficient, they utilize their Dinobreakers—vehicles capable of transforming into dinosaur forms—to complete their missions. The unit remains constantly prepared and available for emergencies.
