Hoshi

Height: 179 cm

A 24 year old man with a star-shaped head. Therefore he is simply named 'Hoshi' by the village chief. Hoshi is an artist who often performs with his guitar near the riverbank. He is also a heavy chain smoker and considers Riku as his rival (mostly for Nino's love).

He seems to wear a star mask in order to hide his face and shame, because of his failed music career. He only ever wanted to sing his own songs written by him, but they were always turned down. He went to the riverbank to play songs written by himself. There he met and fell in love with Nino when she told him she liked his songs.
