The Hoshin Culture Festival begins and both Kaguya and Miyuki intend to confess to each other. Kaguya works as a poster girl at a café shop at the festival, wearing clothes from the Taisho era; this made the shop very crowded. She continues on as a waitress and could not confess to Miyuki.
