A Class-1 Detective with the Galaxy Police. She appears as Mihoshi's partner.

Across all her appearances, she remains a long-suffering voice of reason who constantly finds herself in dire straits after being dragged into Mihoshi's antics—specifically, Mihoshi's extreme airheadedness (or "probability skew," to use the series' terminology).

She was originally a brilliant, cool, and beautiful career woman—albeit a rather rigid one—but her luck ran out when she met and was partnered with Mihoshi. As she was constantly pushed around by Mihoshi's outrageous behavior, she strayed far from her elite career path and eventually devolved into a bit of a bungler herself.

Consequently, she makes no secret of her hostility toward her partner, often snapping, "I'm going to kill her someday!" Yet, Mihoshi's airheaded antics inevitably disarm her and sap her will to kill, leaving her to grudgingly help out instead. At the same time, however, Mihoshi is someone with whom she can truly be herself—someone she doesn't need to put on a front for—making their relationship one of genuine ease.

Ultimately, the two settled into a bickering "comedy duo" dynamic (with Kiyone as the straight man and Mihoshi as the funny one), effectively claiming the dubious honor of being "top-tier comedians of the Galaxy Police." They eventually came to be known collectively as "MihoKiyo."
