The students return for the second semester after their summer vacation on an island. Class 3-E continues training with the goal of assassinating their teacher, Koro-sensei. The class faces increased challenges due to a higher bounty on Koro-sensei’s head, attracting both familiar and new enemy assassins. In addition, competition from Class A and interference from the principal of Kunugigaoka Junior High threaten Class E’s progress.
