Shoutarou Futaba becomes fascinated with boys' gymnastics during his final year of middle school. He enrolls at Soshukan Private High School and joins the gymnastics club, where he meets distinct upperclassmen and a standout athlete named Misato Ryouya. The series follows Shoutarou and his teammates as they face challenges, conflicts, and the difficulties of pursuing a shared objective.
