BLEACH: Fade to Black - Kimi no Na wo Yobu

An unknown individual infiltrates a high-ranking Soul Reaper's research facility in the Soul Society. Rukia observes the event and is taken captive as she senses a part of herself disappearing. At the same time, in the human world, Ichigo and Kon encounter an unusual anomaly and go to a former Soul Reaper's shop for clarification. Upon learning of the Soul Society's destruction, they travel there to investigate. Ichigo arrives at the ruined Soul Society to find Soul Reapers who no longer remember him or Rukia. He must uncover Rukia's fate and attempt to rescue her before they are permanently separated.
