A space outlaw known as Mister has been imprisoned for a traffic violation and plans to escape ten days before his scheduled release, aided by his former allies Bishop and Katana. After his escape, he locates Franka, a girl entrusted to him by her deceased father, and agrees to help her search for her father's hidden treasure. Their journey is pursued by two federal agents, Angelica and Chelsea, and a group of android assassins called Madame Marciano's Twelve Sisters, who are working for the Criminal Guild.
