Gatchaman Crowds

In early summer 2015, Tachikawa City, a secondary metropolis near Tokyo with a population of 180,000, becomes the setting for a conflict involving Gatchaman, a group of warriors who wear reinforced suits powered by NOTE, a form of spiritual energy. These individuals were selected by a council to combat threats to Earth, particularly a mysterious force called MESS. The council identifies and recruits people with latent abilities to serve as protectors against alien criminals.
