After learning from Gengai that Tama has been infected by a computer virus, the Yorozuya trio launch “Operation Midget” and enter Tama’s body to eradicate the virus. Inside, they find an injured man dressed in a white body suit who begs them to deliver a message to the king. Arriving at the Leukocyte Kingdom, the gang finds the place filled with RPG-themed shops such as weapon stores, inns, and casinos. The group decides to enjoy this RPG-like world by playing at the casino and visiting the church to save their game.
