Girls und Panzer: Daikon War!

The Anglerfish Team from Oarai Girls High School searches for a student named Jane from the Agriculture Department to deliver documents from the Student Council. After an unfamiliar horse ride, they reach the Agriculture Department and find Jane holding a gun, seemingly prepared for combat. She explains she is pursuing the "Arch Villain of the Century."
