Himiko-Den

A high school student named Himiko Himejima experiences a life-altering event when a mysterious flame appears before her. Accompanied by her classmate Kutani Masahiko, she is transported by the flame to the ancient kingdom of Yamatai. The kingdom is under attack by the Kune empire during a ritual to choose a queen from six candidates. As the Kune general builds an army of the undead, the queen candidates organize a resistance to defeat the empire. Himiko and Kutani join the effort to save the kingdom. Gradually, they uncover their connection to the ancient world and begin to understand the power of the sacred flame.
