IS: Infinite Stratos

Japan developed a powered exoskeleton known as the Infinite Stratos (IS), which became a primary weapon system. Only women are capable of piloting IS units, leading to a shift in societal power dynamics. A 15-year-old boy named Orimura Ichika unintentionally comes into contact with an IS at a pilot training school. He is discovered to be the sole male able to operate the device and is required to attend the training institution. Ichika begins a hectic school routine, now surrounded by female classmates.
