The day of Graduation has finally come as the Jewel Star Grand Prix finally ended. According to rules, the humans who studied magic in the Magic Academy must leave their Jewelpet partners so they can go back to Earth and live their human lives. Ruby however is sad on this day would come and never shows it to Akari. After the gang relive their memories on Jewel Land, Ruby runs away due to her sadness. Akari followed her to town and asked about it, but then had an argument and Ruby runs off again as Akari followed her. Later on, she found Alma, Opal and Diana and had a little talk, saying that sometimes it's hard to say goodbye but she needs to accept it. As she left Alma, Akari found Ruby in the field of the One Thousand and One Night Flowers and apologized as the flowers bloomed. Back at the Magic Academy, Halite, Milky, Luna and Moldavite recognized Akari and her Friends as the new Graduates of the Magic Academy as they look at the Rainbow created by their Jewel Stones. After the graduation, Akari and her friends looked at Jewelina's Castle by the lake side and she made 3 wishes: For Ruby's happiness, For the good times Akari and friends had in the Magic Academy and for Everyone in both Jewel Land and the Human World who have magic in their hearts. After then, Akari, Miria, Sara, Leon and Nicola finally enjoyed their last days in Jewel Land and said their goodbyes to their Jewelpet Partners as they were teleported back to earth. The next scenes shows the 5 Main Characters' achievements in the Human World as everyone in Jewel Land saw their efforts: Akari finally in Junior High School along with Alma and Yuma and also receiving a letter, Miria becoming a famous singer after winning the competition, Leon winning the Fencing tournament in the Olympics and became a good politician, Nicola winning the Junior Piano Competition and Sara finally became happy after meeting with her parents. After the credits, Akari is in the beach wearing her new uniform and holding Ruby's Jewel Charm, remembering the good times she had with her Jewelpet Partner, who is also like a sister to her...
