Kanon (2006)

A young man named Yuuichi Aizawa spent his early childhood visiting his cousin in a city but was separated from it for seven years due to an unspecified event. Upon returning, he finds that his memories of those times have vanished. Adjusting to life in the cold town, he encounters multiple girls linked to his past. Through growing relationships with them, fragments of his forgotten childhood begin to return.
