Takuya and Rika are coworkers at a Tokyo travel agency, both content with their quiet, single lives. A new branch is opening in Alaska, and employees without spouses may be sent there. To avoid relocation, the two decide to pretend to be engaged, despite having little prior interaction. They must now act like a believable couple.
