A psychiatric ward at Irabu General Hospital sees a variety of patients with unusual issues, including a trapeze artist with insomnia after failed performances, a gangster with a fear of sharp objects, and a businessman experiencing constant erections. Dr. Ichiro Irabu, a child-like doctor and son of the hospital director, provides counseling. His assistant is nurse Mayumi, who has a sullen expression. Dr. Irabu uses confusing advice and mysterious injections, which lead patients to explore their inner thoughts and seek mental peace.
