Lime-iro Senkitan

In 1904 during the Russo-Japanese War, a small Japanese military force seeks aid using a flying ship, the Amanohara, gifted by a kind demon, to assault Russia's key base at Port Arthur. Umakai Shintaro, a Russian diplomat of Japanese origin, defects and relocates to Sapporo to work at a girls' academy. The academy is unconventional, located aboard the Amanohara, where Shintaro teaches five girls known as the Raimu Unit, each capable of summoning powerful entities for battle. He becomes their instructor and battlefield commander as they prepare for the decisive confrontation at Lushun. Their journey involves overcoming personal limitations and uncovering the intentions of the opposing "Russian Spiritual Corps," which includes someone Shintaro once knew.
