Mairimashita! Iruma-kun: If Episode of Mafia

A poor but kind-hearted boy named Iruma lives in a harsh urban slum. After giving his last loaf of bread to a critically injured man and helping him recover, Iruma discovers the man is Don Sullivan, the head of the Babel Mafia. Don Sullivan later returns and asks Iruma to become his grandson, pulling him into a new and unpredictable life as the heir to a powerful criminal organization filled with demonic members.
