Mama wa Shougaku 4 Nensei

A fourth-grade student named Natsumi Mizuki is left in the care of her aunt, Izumi, after her parents leave for London. On the first night alone, a baby named Mirai appears. Mirai is the older version of Natsumi, from fifteen years in the future, who has somehow traveled back in time. Now, young Natsumi must balance her school life and the responsibility of raising Mirai, all while keeping her presence a secret. Izumi, who is focused on her career as an aspiring manga artist, offers limited help, along with some futuristic baby-care technology.
