Yuu recalls the day his parents announced their divorce and subsequent marriages to a different couple. Struggling with the revelation, he goes for a walk and sees a girl, instantly falling in love. He follows her, growing more attached as he observes her. Eventually, he learns her identity—she is the daughter of the people his parents are planning to marry.
