A young person named Haru Irei becomes interested in Gunpla after seeing a full-sized RX-78-2 Gundam in Odaiba. Gunpla refers to Gundam plastic model kits. Haru acquires a special model, the GPB-X80 Beginning Gundam. After assembling it, Haru, now a Gunpla Builder, and the Beginning Gundam enter the virtual Gunpla Battle world. In this environment, players control their customized Gunpla in either team or individual matches.
