At one point, Mireille tosses her father's watch into the air, possibly to distract Kirika. When the watch hits the ground, the familiar tune plays, triggering Kirika's memories of Mireille's family. Chloe intercedes because she wants Kirika to be able to complete the Noir ritual with her.
